Relationship Manager - Division Real Estate (m/f/n)
Your missions:
As a Relationship Manager within the Real Estate Division, your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients active in professional real estate, covering acquisition, development, construction, and investment operations (ADC and IPRE)
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, supporting them in the structuring and implementation of their financing operations
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities in line with the bank's strategy and risk appetite
- Negotiate the financial and contractual conditions of operations within the framework of current delegations and procedures
- Conduct the financial analysis of real estate financing operations, evaluating the economic sustainability of projects and the consistency of proposed structures
- Assess the risk level of counterparties and operations, particularly regarding leverage, cash flows, and hedging mechanisms
- Structure financing and define key credit parameters
- Prepare and present credit files to internal decision-making bodies
- Ensure the follow-up of commitments and the portfolio, within a logic of risk control and compliance with contractual conditions
- Contribute to the early identification of risk situations and the implementation of appropriate measures
- Ensure the quality of credit documentation and compliance with governance and internal control requirements
- Work in close coordination with the Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth and compliant execution of operations
- Monitor developments in the real estate market and financing conditions to adapt the commercial and risk approach
- Represent the bank to real estate and financial market players during professional events, conferences, and sector meetings
- Develop and maintain a high-quality network of contacts (clients, investors, partners, advisors) to support commercial development and the bank's market positioning
Required Qualifications:
- Holder of a Master's degree with an orientation in economic sciences, business management, management engineering, or civil engineering
- Professional experience of at least 10 years, including a minimum of 5 years in the relevant field
- Mastery of French and English languages; knowledge of the Luxembourgish language is an advantage
Technical skills:
The acquisition of these skills can, based on demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out through the coaching and training offered by the Bank during the start of the position and the integration period.
