Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Assist Recruitment and Learning & Development in daily tasks
• Assist in the work-permit procedure for newcomers when required
• Assist in analyzing development needs and organize adapted learning sessions
• Participate in the creation of the monthly learning newsletter
• Participate in the registration of learning activities
• Involvement in the process of candidate sourcing until onboarding
• Assist with the job postings, screen candidates and interviews
• Support employer branding and organization of recruitment events
• Possibility to assist with any administrative HR tasks

Here's what you can bring to the team:

• Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory, German and/or French would be an asset 
• Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with the ability to quickly adapt to new software
• Preparing a degree in Human resources or a related field
• Strong organizational skills
• Respect of internal confidentiality and data protection rules
• Follows established rules and procedures with precision
• Exhibits a strong desire to learn and grow professionally, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills
