🎯 Your job in a nutshell

1. In the preparatory phase, you will work with the support and implementation team on planning, drawing up implementation plans, studies, and budgets.
2. During implementation, you will monitor performance, quality, and planning and closely follow up on the sites.
3. You will coordinate consultations with the assembly teams, the architect, the customer, subcontractors, and suppliers and continuously monitor progress.
4. From managing assembly teams to leading site meetings, you will communicate openly, transparently, and clearly with all parties involved.

💡 What do you bring to the table?

1. You are familiar with Luxembourg (construction) legislation and are aware of the technical standards required for Luxembourg (construction) projects.
2. You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in Luxembourg.
3. You have at least a higher education degree in Construction Engineering.
4. You are used to working very independently and are solution-oriented.
5. You can communicate professionally in Dutch and French, both written and spoken.
6. Having your own network of subcontractors with experience in Luxembourg projects is a big advantage.
7. Organization, structure, common sense and pragmatism, good follow-up, technical insight, an eye for budgets, and people management are the assets that will help you achieve results.
