Pricing Officer – CDI

The Pricing Section is in charge of the security portfolios evaluation and the collection and control of exchange rates. The Pricing Section works closely with Data Management Section, which is in charge of the creation and update of the records in the Olympic system and of all aspects related to static data, either securities or clients.

We are looking for a Pricing Officer on a permanent contract who will also cover the working hours during evening or night shifts.

Your main tasks will be:

• Collection of prices, globally or for specific funds

• Control and update of prices - Checking against various sources comparison and variances

• Pre-checking of price lists

• Manual inputs on a daily basis

• Ensure cut-off respect and timely reception of pricing information

• Apply department guidelines and procedures.

Job requirements:

• Studies in Banking, Finance, Economics

• Good knowledge of the Securities area and Fund Administration Business

• Knowledge in Pricing data vendors (Six Financial Information, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE,..) is an advantage

• Risk control and procedure orientated

• Fluent in English and French

• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools

• Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure - Stress-resilient

• Excellent team spirit and organizational skills.

• Flexible regarding working hours. Support the coverage from 7:30am to 4:30pm or from 2:00pm to 11:00pm, with a rotation every 2 weeks or according to business needs.
