We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Consulting department.

How you’ll contribute to our success

 
 
  • Provide proactive support to 2–3 partners by anticipating needs, managing complex diaries, arranging travel and meetings, and handling related administration.
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the team, including organising meetings and conferences, distributing mail, arranging travel, preparing business correspondence, and processing holiday/absence requests.
  • Act as first point of contact for internal and external clients, managing confidential queries, building relationships, and supporting client-facing activities.
  • Coordinate projects by keeping team members updated with meeting minutes, action points, schedules, and reports.
  • Conduct research and produce documents using internal databases, the internet, and publications; organise informal team events and manage the associated budget.
 
 
Your skills
 
 

Must have

  • University or Bachelor's degree in an administrative-related field
  • Customer-focused with excellent social skills and a consistently professional approach
  • Proactive, results-oriented, with strong organisational and time management skills, able to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
  • Very good level of English and French

 

Nice to have

 

  • Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and ideally SAP
  • Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish (considered a strong asset)
  • Explicit “can-do” attitude (beyond general results orientation)
  • Strong team spirit while being able to work independently
