As a member of the Payroll and Benefits team, you will manage complex payroll and benefits processes while acting as a trusted partner for employees and colleagues, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience for all.
Ensure Smooth Payroll & Benefits Operations
Handle payroll instructions and employee benefits accurately, supporting both routine and complex situations.
Support & Guide Colleagues
Act as a deputy to the team manager and a reference point for HR colleagues.
Manage Critical HR Processes
Coordinate monthly and yearly processes, audits, and system updates to maintain compliance and efficiency.
Drive Operational Excellence
Identify opportunities to improve processes, contribute to projects, and enhance HR systems.
Be a Key Point of Contact
Provide timely support and advice to employees, fostering trust and engagement.
