About your Role: 

As part of our continued growth across Europe, we are looking for a Operations Officer to support and strengthen our operational network. 

You are organized, hands-on, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working with partners, solving operational challenges, and ensuring that things run smoothly on a daily basis. You are comfortable in a dynamic environment where priorities can evolve and where collaboration is key. 

In this role, you will act as an operational contact point for our bus and door2gate partners. You will support day-to-day coordination, help monitor service quality, and contribute to maintaining reliable and efficient operations across our network. 

This is a great opportunity to grow within an international mobility company and gain strong exposure to operational management in a multi-country environment. 

 

Your Mission: 

  • You support and maintain relationships with our operating partners and suppliers. 

  • You act as a first point of contact for bus and door2gate partners, assisting drivers and   operational stakeholders when needed. 

  • You analyse incoming claims together with Customer Care and follow up on corrective actions. 

  • You help monitor service quality and identify improvement areas in collaboration with internal teams. 

  • You review bus departures and On-Time Performance (OTP) with the Network Planning team. 

  • You ensure operational data is correctly updated in our back-end systems (schedules, lines, drivers, users, etc.). 

  • You support the Administrative Department when required. 

  • You collaborate closely with the flibco.com Operations Coordinator, Network Planner, and Country Managers. 

  • You participate in operational meetings and performance follow-ups. 

  • You may travel onsite occasionally to review operations or support training sessions for drivers and agents.

Who you are 

  • You have around 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, mobility, transport, tourism, or a related field. 

  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

  • You have a structured and solution-focused working style and feel comfortable in a fast-growing environment. 

  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy working with different stakeholders. 

  • You are comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office tools (especially Excel). 

  • You are fluent in English and French. Any additional European language is a plus.
