Onboarding Specialist – Institiutional Clients (front office)(m/f/n)

Your missions:

As an Onboarding Specialist - Institutional Clients, you will be responsible for ensuring the client relationship throughout the KYC onboarding process and for analyzing and evaluating client files.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

1. Be the primary point of contact for institutional clients throughout the onboarding process
2. Ensure compliance with deadlines by performing close follow-up of required documentation with clients
3. Analyze client requirements to precisely define the scope of appropriate banking services
4. Guarantee the accuracy and completeness of information contained in client files
5. Develop and analyze organizational charts of client organizational structures, including entities and subsidiaries
6. Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to understand and validate the organizational structure of clients
7. Guarantee clear and effective communication as well as rigorous transmission of information in collaboration with Institutional Relationship Managers
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the onboarding process by identifying optimization points
9. Participate in transversal projects based on needs expressed by clients

Required Qualifications:

1. Holder of a Bachelor or Master's degree with a Finance, Law or similar orientation
2. Professional experience of at least 5 years in the field of KYC onboarding with a focus on institutional clients, investment funds, "private assets" structures or similar constitutes a major advantage
3. Mastery of French and English languages; knowledge of Luxembourgish and German languages constitutes an advantage

Technical skills:

The acquisition of these skills can, based on demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out through the coaching and training offered by the Bank during the start of the position and the integration period.
