Mortgage Loan Administrator (m/f/n)
Your missions:
As a Mortgage Loan Administrator, you will be responsible for welcoming clients to sign documents related to the granting of housing loans or professional loans secured by a mortgage registration.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Explain the terms of the loan agreement to clients, particularly the procedures for mortgage registration.
- Check the accuracy of the data appearing on the loan documents prepared by the CPA department and ensure they correspond to the bank's offer.
- Verify that all documents are signed in due and proper form.
- Check if the equity funds provided for in the offer are available.
- Explain the availability of funds to clients and answer their questions regarding their financing.
- Act as the bank's receiver for mortgage deeds.
Required Qualifications:
- Holder of a secondary school diploma or Bachelor’s degree with an orientation in economics, finance, or similar.
- Highly developed commercial sense, interpersonal ease, and good presentation.
- Professional experience of at least 3 years in the field of real estate credit.
- Mastery of Luxembourgish, French, German, and English languages.
Technical Skills:
The acquisition of these skills can, based on demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out through the coaching and training offered by the Bank during the start of the position and the integration period.

- Communication – Drafting of offers, deeds, and contracts.
- Mortgage loans.
- Real estate market (national and Greater Region).
Regulatory Skills:
- AML (KYC/KYT).
- Directives and regulations: Mortgage credit.
- Real estate law.
