Our international and passionate team is on an exciting journey of growth and transformation, and we are now looking for a Middle Quality Assurance Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web, mobile, desktop and API-based products. You will work closely with developers, PMs, and other stakeholders to analyze requirements, design test cases, and execute testing activities across different stages of the development lifecycle.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Middle QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web, mobile, desktop and API-based products. You will work closely with developers, PMs, and other stakeholders to analyze requirements, design test cases, and execute testing activities across different stages of the development lifecycle.
Your Mission
· You will perform manual testing of web, mobile, desktop and API applications
· You will analyze requirements and proactively clarify unclear or risky areas
· You will create, maintain, and execute test cases, checklists, and regression suites
· You will perform smoke, regression, functional, and E2E testing
· You will validate production requests and participate in release testing
· You will log clear, well-structured bugs and follow them through to resolution
· You will collaborate closely with developers, PMs, and other QA engineers
· You will escalate risks, blockers, and quality concerns in a timely manner
· You will participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute QA input to planning and refinement sessions
· You will continuously improve personal testing skills and contribute ideas to improve QA processes

What Makes This Role Unique
If you love being closely involved in the full lifecycle of a product and taking real ownership of quality, this role offers a uniquely rewarding opportunity. You will work hands-on across web, mobile, desktop, and API applications, contributing from early requirement analysis through to release validation. The position goes beyond test execution, encouraging proactive identification of risks, clear communication of quality concerns, and close collaboration with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers. With active participation in Agile ceremonies and a strong focus on continuous improvement—both in testing skills and QA processes—this role places you at the center of delivering reliable, high-quality products.
Who You Are
· You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in manual QA testing
· You have experience in testing multiple applications or features in parallel
· You can independently analyze requirements and define appropriate testing scope
· You have strong experience in manual API testing using tools such as Postman or similar
· You have hands-on experience with desktop, web and mobile application testing across different devices and operating systems
· You brin an understanding of end-to-end (E2E) testing concepts and ability to validate complete user flows
· You have experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
· You have strong skills in test documentation: test cases, checklists, test plans, and bug reports
· You have experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
· You can validate production requests, hotfixes, and bug fixes responsibly
· You can analyze logs or errors to support issue investigation
· You bring good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
· Your English proficiency is at a level that supports effective daily communication with team members and stakeholders.
Nice to have:
· Experience or interest in test automation or AI-assisted testing
· Familiarity with domain-specific systems
· Experience mentoring junior QA engineers
