Middle Office Agent (m/f/n)
Your missions:
As a Middle Office Agent, you will be responsible for the management and configuration of the securities banking software, as well as providing technical-functional support to the Securities department teams and other user and technical services.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Assure the configuration of the GEOS banking software dedicated to securities management, taking into account the functional needs of users
- Provide operational and technical support to teams, in order to guarantee the efficient resolution of incidents and the smooth functioning of processes
- Manage interactions with the software publisher Software Daten Service to ensure system performance and contribute to the optimization of operational processes
- Analyze evolutions brought by new versions of the tool, coordinate their implementation, organize testing phases and participate actively in production launches
- Identify needs for new functionalities, ensure their analysis and integration into the existing system
- Contribute to transversal projects related to financial instruments, participating in the design and implementation of innovative solutions
- Act as the preferred point of contact for the department for all technical-functional questions, and fulfill the role of intermediary with the IT department
Required Qualifications:
- Holder of a BAC
- Professional experience of at least 5 years in the field of securities / middle office
- Mastery of French and English languages, knowledge of the German language is an advantage
Technical skills: The acquisition of these skills can, based on demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out through the coaching and training offered by the Bank during the start of the position and the integration period.
