Your Role
As a Media Advisor, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our clients, combining communication expertise, sales skills, and the ability to create added value. You will be both a sales force and an ambassador for our brand.
Your Main Responsibilities
Communication, Personal Branding, and Influence
- Representing our brand with professionalism: Your posture, expertise, and behavior reflect industry standards and inspire confidence in your interlocutors.
- Developing your influence: You are active on LinkedIn and at professional events, strengthening your network and credibility as a media advisor.
Sales Skills and Soft Skills
- Understanding client needs: You excel at analyzing clients' strategic and business challenges, asking the right questions to identify their expectations and propose tailored solutions (Print, Digital, and Live).
- Sell the added value: You know how to demonstrate the value of your offerings beyond just the price, and you adjust proposals without compromising the perception of quality.
- Turn opportunities into success: You rigorously qualify leads, connect with key stakeholders, and efficiently secure strategic meetings.
- Manage objections and negotiations: You anticipate and confidently respond to objections, reinforcing the perception of value while defending competitive prices.
- Establish trust-based relationships: With your expertise and reliability, you build lasting relationships focused on the needs of clients.
- Maintain a high level of business activity: You plan a significant volume of meetings and interactions while ensuring consistent quality in your communications.
- Develop your resilience: You turn rejections and obstacles into learning opportunities by maintaining a positive and results-oriented mindset.
Your profile
- You have experience in consulting or selling media solutions (advertising agency, communication agency, or related field).
- You are client- and results-oriented, with the ability to propose innovative solutions and manage complex projects.
- You are passionate about the media world, curious, and committed to always offering high-value solutions.
- You are organized, dynamic, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Your listening ability and negotiation skills set you apart.
- You are fluent in French and English (Luxembourgish and/or German are a plus).
