As Jetfly is going through a significant growth period, we are looking for an energetic and motivated Marketing Intern to reinforce our Marketing department. We offer a minimum 6-month internship within a team of passionate individuals with service excellence as DNA.

Jetfly is a leading European private aviation company headquartered in Luxembourg. We operate a fleet of 72 aircraft, including PC-12, PC-24, and Cirrus SF50. With over 25 years of experience and more than 540 passionate professionals, we bring together specialized business units offering a complete aviation ecosystem, including fractional ownership, charter services, aircraft management, trading, maintenance, and training.
Jetfly Aviation is the Jetfly division dedicated to fractional aircraft ownership, serving over 500 co-owners across Europe. Luxembourg hosts the operational hub and administrative departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service for all co-owners.
Responsibilities
Internal Communications & Content
- Contribute to the creation of the company’s internal yearbook by coordinating with different departments, collecting key highlights, and helping structure engaging internal content.
- Coordinate the internal newsletter in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Support social media activities by assisting with content creation, scheduling, and integration on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (light social media monitoring/benchmark to support future campaigns).
Welcome Pack & Client Experience
- Assist in the management, preparation, and tracking of welcome packs for new clients, including the upcoming launch of differentiated welcome packs based on contract types.
- Support research on additional client touchpoints (limited scope, exploratory support).
Suppliers, Goodies & Creative Support
- Support the research and selection of suppliers for internal goodies.
- Assist with product development, order follow-up, and coordination with external providers (printers, designers, suppliers).
- Help manage internal goodies stock and related logistics.
Stock, Materials & Organization
- Monitor and manage marketing-related stock (goodies, printed materials), including tracking, replenishment, and inventory updates.
- Support the organization, sorting, storage, and filing of marketing materials to ensure efficient access for the team.
Events Support
- Assist in the organization of marketing materials for external events in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Support the preparation of key internal events such as the Christmas Party, Summer Party, Fly-in, etc.
Administrative & Team Support
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team on daily operational tasks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, HR, Travel, and Operations.
Profile
- Currently enrolled in post-graduate studies in business, communication, public relations, or marketing (mandatory).
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills are a plus.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and liaising with various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Practical mindset and not afraid to handle, move, and transport materials when needed.
Internship Compensation package
Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:
- Bachelor's degree: €1,000
- 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
- Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
