How you’ll contribute to our success
- Lead and Empower a High-Performing Team: Drive excellence by coaching and developing our Reporting specialists, ensuring optimal task allocation and a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture.
- Mastermind the Reporting Life Cycle: Oversee the end-to-end production of PRIIPs, UCITS KI(I)D, and various fund reports (EPT/EMT, PP/PS Annex), ensuring 100% accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Architect Process Efficiencies: Proactively refine workflows and leverage reporting technology to automate document production, optimizing our large-scale output for a global client base.
- Champion Client Partnerships: Act as a strategic primary contact for investment managers, leading service reviews and contributing to new business growth through technical expertise and relationship management.
- Navigate Regulatory Evolution: Monitor and interpret industry shifts to implement necessary operational changes, ensuring our reporting suite remains ahead of the curve in a complex governance landscape.
Your skills
- You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Business Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent
- You have proven experience in a regulatory reporting or fund administration role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- You collaborate effectively: build trust, listen actively, share knowledge, and work transparently across teams and functions.
- You deliver value consistently: focus on outcomes that matter, produce high‑quality work, communicate clearly, and reliably follow through.
- You drive agility: embrace change, adapt quickly to new information, and continuously improve how you and your team work.
- You are fluent in English; French or German is highly desirable.
