Our Global Employer Services (GES) department offers tax solutions to multinational and large organizations concerning international employment, expatriate administration, compensation strategies and regulatory rewards consulting.

As part of our GES department, our Executive Reward and Personal Tax Advisory team assists organisations in designing and operating compensation and benefits programs in a cost-effective, tax efficient and compliant manner from an employer as well as an employee perspective. The role also includes structuring and strategic tax advice to HNWI and support to PE/RE houses in the design of carried interest structures.

Your skills

1.    Hold a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law or other related area
2.    Have extensive knowledge in overall compensation strategies, equity based schemes with a good understanding on corporate structures
3.    Be curious, collaborating, agile with a focus on building trust with teams and clients. Have excellent listening and communication skills.
4.    IT skills in MS word and MS excel
5.    Speak English and French fluently. German and any other language is considered as an asset
