Liquidity and CoRep Reporting Specialist (m/f/n)

Your missions:

As a Liquidity and CoRep Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of reporting processes related to CoRep (Common Reporting), liquidity, and more.


Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Produce and submit various reports to regulatory authorities while respecting deadlines and quality requirements.
  2. Compile data, analyze financial flows, and submit reports to regulatory authorities within the planned deadlines.
  3. Validate reports by tracking monthly/quarterly variations and juxtaposing them with different indicators.
  4. Verify and analyze the consistency of financial data used for CoRep and liquidity reports. Ensure data quality control according to BCBS 239 application.
  5. Maintain complete documentation of reporting processes in compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  6. Stay aware of risks related to non-compliance with Basel IV regulations and others; collaborate with other departments to implement risk prevention measures.
  7. Stay informed about regulatory best practices and follow new provisions, specifically Basel IV.
  8. Extract and receive all data necessary for establishing prudential reporting.
  9. Ensure transparent communication with the regulator by effectively answering questions or requests and providing required information.
  10. Analyze changes in regulatory requirements and adapt reporting processes accordingly.
  11. Participate in various projects and contact software providers (RAY/Webfocus) regarding the tools used for reports.


Required Qualifications:

  1. Holder of a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar field.
  2. A first professional experience is an asset.
  3. Mastery of French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish is an advantage.

The acquisition of these skills can, based on demonstrated learning predispositions, be achieved through the supervision and training offered by the Bank during the commencement of duties and the integration period.
