Our Internal IT department creates the technological environment and assistance that enables Deloitte employees to quickly access vital information and succeed in their job on a daily basis using the most efficient powerful tools and emergent technologies.
The IT support team is the first point of contact for users and plays a key role in ensuring business continuity and service reliability.
We are looking for a motivated, service-oriented individual who wants to grow a career in IT support within a professional and structured environment, with the opportunities to progress into a subject-matter expert role.
Your next challenge
- Provide first-level support to end users (workstations, accounts, applications)
- Handle and following up users requests and incidents via a ticketing system
- Troubleshoot common issues by applying standard procedures and documentation
- Escalate incidents to Level 2 / Level 3 teams when required, with clear and structured information
- Support onboarding with account creation, access rights and VDI setup
- Produce and maintain procedures and documentation
- Participate in continuous service improvement (quality, user satisfaction)
- Continuously improve your skills in terms of new technologies with the objective of moving towards Level 2 support
Your skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, with 2-3 years minimum expertise in an Operational IT Team in Level 1
- Knowledge in Windows server
- Familiarity with ticketing tools
- General understanding of Active Directory (user accounts, passwords, groups) concepts
- General knowledge of networking concepts
- General understanding of virtualized environments
- General knowledge of PowerShell
- General knowledge of Linux
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Curious, flexible, with a strong team spirit, and open to learn from colleagues
- Good attention to details and good stress resilience
- Good analytical skills and problem solving
- Fluency in French and English
