About the role

To support Jetfly’s global expansion, we are appointing a Long-Haul Coordinator to serve as the integrator of our large cabin fleet’s IOCC operations. 
Based in the IOCC, you will be the focal point for the implementation of long-haul workflows, ensuring a safe and streamlined transition into international operations.
This is an opportunity to build a global framework from the ground up and define the future of long-range operations at Jetfly.

Job Description

Operational efficiency

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of long-haul operations, from initial feasibility studies to real-time flightwatch.
• Develop, document and refine clear, standardized operating procedures for long range missions, ensuring they are practical and efficient for daily use, leveraging advanced features in flight planning software.
• Identify trends in long-haul performance and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase operational reliability.
• Ensure all activities align with Jetfly’s operational policies, safety management systems, and regulatory requirements.

Coordination & Collaboration

• Act as a central coordinator for long-haul operations ensuring all teams within the IOCC are aligned from the project phase to execution.
• Work together with third party providers, IOCC Duty managers and crew members, providing expert technical input for daily operations.
• Facilitate post-mission debriefs to refine processes based on direct crew feedback and operational data.
• Oversee the end-to-end validation process for operational expenses, ensuring that all mission-related services are accurately billed.

Profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise across departments.
• Proven experience in worldwide dispatch or flight operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Air Ops regulations
• A Solution first attitude capable of navigating the high-pressure, ever-changing environment of business aviation.
• A desire to build something from the ground up and define the future of long-range operations at Jetfly.
• Knowledge of the Falcon 7X/8X operations will be considered as an asset.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Ability to work in shifts and on weekends to support 24/7 Global Operations.
