Our Debt Advisory team is part of the Strategy Risk & Transactions sub-service line at Deloitte Luxembourg and a member of our global Debt Advisory international network. Our team serves prestigious Luxembourg-based and international clients across a wide spectrum of industries including banks, funds, corporates and real estate clients, and provides clients with tailored and highly specialized advice for lending and debt related matters.

Your contribution to our success:
- Working on a wide range of debt advisory projects with regular interaction with clients, advisors, other service lines and other Deloitte offices.
- Industry/company research and credit risk assessment for both deal origination and transaction analysis, while analysing loan portfolios and their performance in the context of transactions.
- Performing or reviewing valuations of illiquid debt instruments.
- Reviewing and optimizing loan granting and monitoring procedures for banks and private debt funds.
- Assisting with day-to-day management of transaction processes, including the preparation of information packs, management presentations, financial analysis and client communications in the context of fundraising transactions.
- Contribution to team marketing and business development activities.
Your skills
- Diploma: Pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Engineering, Risk Management, etc. Pursuing a professional qualification (e.g., CFA, ACA) is a plus. Seeking a mandatory end-of-studies internship (sponsored by your university).
- Soft skills: Enthusiastic about leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative and results-driven approach. Ability to work in a team as well as independently. Eagerness to work in an international, client-focused and quality-driven environment. Strong organizational skills.
- Languages: Fluency in English, proficiency in French and /or German would be an asset.
