As part of its business development, Vinçotte Luxembourg is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Pressure Equipment Inspector (m/f)!

About the role

As a Pressure Equipment Inspector (oil sector), you will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Carrying out technical and regulatory inspections (periodic inspections and acceptance tests) in the areas of pressure equipment and hazardous fluid storage facilities, in particular:
2. Pressure vessels containing compressed air or liquefied, compressed or dissolved gases
3. Steam installations and appliances
4. Mobile containers designed to hold gases, liquefied, compressed or dissolved gases
5. Metal pipes designed to transport fluids within a company
6. Verification of specifications, documents (plans, calculation notes) and technical specifications.

What do we expect from you?

Your skills:

1. Interest in field work (mostly on-site inspections rather than office work)
2. Understanding of technical documents, standards, operating licences and ITM regulations in these areas
3. Good interpersonal skills, listening and communication skills
4. Rigorous, meticulous and methodical with good adaptability
5. Comfortable with digital tools
6. Ability to communicate within a team and work independently.

Your experience:

1. Technical expert (BAC+2) with ≥ 3 years' experience in the above areas of expertise
2. Knowledge of relevant legislation,
3. Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, digital reports),
4. Fluency in spoken and written French and German.
