The Gesper suite is now a reference on the Luxembourg market and is used by numerous banking, industrial, commercial and service companies.

Your mission
You will act as a functional HR / Payroll reference for our clients, working closely with our support, development and product teams.
Your main responsibilities
Implementation & client support
- Support clients during Gesper software implementation projects (needs analysis, configuration, data migration, go-live).
- Train users (HR, payroll, managers) to ensure optimal use of the solutions.
- Intervene on-site or remotely depending on project requirements.
- Advise clients on best practices in HR and payroll in Luxembourg.
Functional support
- Handle support requests via our ticketing system.
- Analyse, diagnose and resolve functional (and occasionally technical) issues.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to clients during their monthly payroll cycles.
- Ensure clear, structured and pedagogical communication with users.
Continuous improvement & product contribution
- Participate in functional testing of new software releases.
- Collect client feedback and propose improvements to development teams.
- Contribute to the functional evolution of Gesper modules.
- Help structure documentation and training materials.
Your profile
Professional expertise
- Higher education in Human Resources, Management, Social Law or equivalent (Bachelor to Master level), or proven equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent practical knowledge of HR processes and payroll calculation in Luxembourg.
- Solid experience in payroll, fiduciary services, internal HR departments or HR consulting (ideally ≥ 3 years).
- Strong understanding of legal, tax and social security obligations.
Technical skills (an asset)
- Strong interest in software tools, HR information systems and digital environments.
- Basic knowledge of IT, configuration, application logic or programming is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential.
- Previous experience with Gesper is an asset, but not mandatory.
Languages
- Fluent French required.
- Professional English required.
- Luxembourgish or German is an asset.

- Strong analytical and communication skills with a pedagogical approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
