HR Operations officer - Job based in Luxembourg

Your future team

As part of the HR Operations team, you will contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day HR activities across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on onboarding and offboarding processes.

Working closely with experienced team members, as well as other HR functions and the business, you will help ensure a seamless employee experience while maintaining accurate HR data and efficient processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your next challenge

  • Support the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for employees
  • Coordinate and organize onboarding sessions (e.g. Welcome Days) and support new joiners throughout their integration
  • Manage daily operations, including reviewing contracts and handling documentation for new joiners and trainees
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of HR systems and employee data
  • Provide support on HR-related queries from employees and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with other HR teams (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HRbps) as well as with the business to ensure aligned and efficient processes
  • Contribute to the monitoring and improvement of HR processes and tools
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, budget and KPIs to support team activities
  • Participate in HR projects, including process improvements and HRIS upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures in line with GDPR requirements

Your skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • First experience (internship or up to 2 years) in HR or similar role is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word
  • Fluency in English and French is required
