Housing Loan Advisor en agence (m/f/n)

Your missions:

As a Housing Loan Advisor, you will be responsible for advising and supporting the client from the beginning to the end of the acquisition or construction of their home.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

1. Exchange with the client to obtain an initial understanding of the desired project
2. Advise the client on the different loan options and financing solutions in terms of rates, duration, amount, and outstanding balance insurance
3. Analyze the borrowing capacities of clients
4. Stay informed of the evolution of the real estate market
5. Ensure follow-up (rate renegotiation, repayment deferral, change of guarantee, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

1. Holder of a secondary school diploma or Bachelor with an economic, finance or similar orientation
2. Professional experience of at least 2 years in the field of finance
3. Developed commercial sense, interpersonal skills and good presentation
4. Mastery of Luxembourgish, French and English languages; knowledge of the German language is an advantage

Technical skills:

The acquisition of these skills can, based on demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out through the coaching and training offered by the Bank during the start of the position and the integration period.

Professional skills:

1. Understanding of client needs OR the market
2. Commercial spirit taking into account sustainability criteria
3. Negotiations with clients or decision-makers (internal/external)
4. Analysis of financial/asset situation Guarantees and mortgages
5. Mortgage loans Real estate market (national and Greater Region)

Regulatory skills:

1. AML (KYC/KYT)
2. ESG criteria
3. Directive and regulations: Mortgage credit

Behavioral skills:

1. Adopt a collaborative attitude with professional interlocutors
2. Be part of a client-centric approach making client satisfaction a priority
