Head of Talent Management (m/f/n)

Your missions:

As Head of Talent Management, you will be responsible for developing a global talent management strategy and contributing to its implementation, while fostering a culture of performance, inclusion, and continuous development.


Your main responsibilities are as follows:

  1. Develop and contribute to the implementation of a talent management strategy aligned with the overall HR strategy
  2. Ensure the link between the overall HR strategy and the definition of talent methodologies and operating modes
  3. Collaborate closely with the HR function, notably the "HR Center of Competence" and "Spuerkeess Academy" divisions, as well as business managers to jointly identify needs, gaps, and solutions related to talent attraction, development, engagement, and retention
  4. Act as a strategic partner alongside HR Business Partners and managers to evolve managerial practices
  5. Conceptualize and lead competency development programs for senior management and certain key functions of the bank in accordance with the succession policy
  6. Define processes related to succession and coordinate their application, in collaboration with the HR function and in line with the succession policy in place
  7. Build and manage a talent pool bringing together cross-functional banking skills and high potential for evolution
  8. Raise awareness among employees and business managers regarding the importance of continuous talent development and support
  9. Intervene in the recruitment process for certain key positions in the bank in accordance with the Bank's succession policy
  10. Define and monitor key performance indicators related to talent management, producing analyses and recommendations for the executive committee
  11. Proactively monitor emerging trends and sector standards regarding talent management


Required Qualifications:

  1. Holder of a university degree in human resources, management, or other
  2. Confirmed experience in the definition and implementation of a global talent management strategy
  3. Mastery of talent development methodologies and transformation challenges
  4. Mastery of French and English languages; knowledge of the Luxembourgish and/or German language constitutes an asset


Technical skills:

The acquisition of these skills can, based on demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out through the coaching and training offered by the Bank during the start of the position and the integration period.
