What will you do?
As Head of Legal, you will play a strategic and cross-functional role within the organization. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing all corporate law matters, including company governance, legal structuring, and corporate lifecycle management.
Preparing the corporate documentation of the company.
Ensuring the corporate governance principles applicable to our entities are followed.
Monitoring and reviewing new laws, regulations and market practices which may impact the business.
Leading the review, negotiation, and validation of commercial and partnership contracts.
Working closely with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure GDPR compliance and foster a culture of data protection and governance across the organization.
Advising the Executive Committee on all key legal and strategic matters, contributing to decision-making at the highest level
Monitoring litigation and insurance issues, coordinating with external counsel if required.
This offer is for you if:
Proven experience (8+ years) in a similar role, ideally within a regulated or financial services environment.
Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law and commercial contracts.
Demonstrated experience in supporting or overseeing Data Protection functions, with a solid understanding of GDPR principles and their application in a business context.
Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks, with prior involvement in advising Board and Executive Committee processes
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, with direct access to executive leadership.
Strategic mindset, sound legal judgment, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
