Our job opportunity

Today, we are currently recruiting a Security Trainer.

Your responsibilities

*Your daily tasks

• Developing, implementing and updating the aviation security training programme

• Developing and providing initial and ongoing training for security staff

• Developing and providing airport security awareness training courses (SATP)

• Ensuring the implementation and follow-up of a corrective action programme based on the reports of the Security Compliance team

• Ensuring the follow-up of the certification programme for security agents and the renewal of certifications

*Your other missions

• Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).

• Participating in the integration of new employees 

• Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile

Studies / training

Bac or relevant experience in a similar position

--

Experience

• 1 year’ successful experience in airport security

• Experience in the training field is a definite advantage

Skills and knowledge required

*IT Tools

Mandatory:

Microsoft Office suite

*Languages

Mandatory:

• French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)

• English: operational level in the business - advanced level (B2 minimum)

*Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job

• Pedagogy

• Ability to adapt

• Interest in and willingness to keep up to date with existing procedures

• Excellent organizational skills

• Good interpersonal skills
