Forex, Change and Money Market Operations Agent (m/f/n)
Your missions:
As a Forex, Change and Money Market Operations Agent, you will be responsible for the execution, risk management, and documentation of Forex and money market transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance and collaborating with counterparties.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Record transactions related to the money market, foreign exchange, banknotes, and precious metals
- Process precious metal transfers
- Record margin calls as well as monthly interest with counterparties
- Send confirmations to counterparties and monitor the reconciliation of confirmations in the bank's tools for SWIFT messages
- Guarantee the sending of payment instructions to corresponding banks
- Follow up on disputes in case of non-payment by counterparties
- Verify internal accounts and perform various controls
- Reconcile daily reports relating to anomalies detected on recorded operations and verify non-matured events
- Monitor, in collaboration with the position keeper and the Trading Floor, the Nostri accounts as well as the daily value inflows and outflows
- Ensure rapid confirmation of transactions with counterparties
- Draft procedures, documentation, reports, and work instructions necessary for transactions (including confirmations) and establish regular reports on foreign exchange and money market activity
Required Qualifications:
- Holder of a secondary school diploma or Bachelor with an orientation in economics, finance, or financial management
- Professional experience in the Trading Floor Back-Office field is an advantage
- Mastery of French and English languages; knowledge of Luxembourgish and German languages is an advantage
