Technical Manager

We are looking for a Technical Manager (Officer) to support a large-scale infrastructure programme in Luxembourg, reporting directly to the Fit-Out Lead Officer / Programme Lead.

This is a long-term assignment (starting as soon as possible until end of 2028) within a major and strategic project.

The role focuses on the technical coordination, safety, and performance of building systems within construction and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical building systems (HVAC, electrical, fire safety, access control)

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations

• Support on-site coordination between contractors, technical teams, and stakeholders

• Monitor technical progress, risks, and quality of deliverables

• Assist in planning, reporting, and technical documentation

• Support vendor and contractor follow-up

Profile

• 5–10 years of experience in construction, fit-out, or facility/technical building management

• Strong knowledge of building systems and site coordination

• Experience in multi-stakeholder environments

• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented

Languages

• English required

• French is an asset
