Your contribution to our success
- Foster a true business partnering approach by delivering insightful management information to business leaders, empowering strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Business Controllers and finance teams to deliver accurate management reporting, analytics, and day-to-day controlling activities such as performance reviews and revenue analysis.
- Coordinate financial controlling activities across service lines, acting as the Finance point of contact for business leaders, while also supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights, while delivering periodic overhead cost analyses and ad-hoc complex business analyses (e.g., intercompany sales and pricing).
- Drive innovation through continuous improvements of financial controlling processes to maximise business development and returns.
Your skills
- Hold a Master’s degree from a University or Business School, with 2 to 5 years of experience in a finance department.
- Demonstrate strong communication and adaptation skills to interact effectively with people at different levels.
- Exhibit excellent organizational and analytical abilities, complemented by a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Thrive as a great team player with a positive attitude, even in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
- Possess fluency in French and English, both oral and written, alongside strong computer literacy in tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
