Why This Role Matters


As an EHS Engineer, you will champion the well-being of our people and create a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment. You will collaborate with Safety and Environmental teams to drive improvements in workplace hygiene, ergonomics, and overall employee well-being. Your work will make a tangible impact on both employees and the environment.


What You’ll Do

  1. Conduct hygiene and ergonomic assessments to enhance workplace comfort and safety.
  2. Support exposure monitoring and identify actionable improvements.
  3. Coach and train operators on safe and healthy work practices.
  4. Participate in risk assessments, incident investigations, and audits.
  5. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance overall EHS performance.


What You’ll Bring

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  2. Strong communication and training skills with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
  3. Hands-on approach with a regular presence on the shop floor.
  4. Passion for employee well-being and workplace safety.
  5. Proactive mindset and problem-solving orientation.
  6. Fluency in French is a must-have.
