We are looking for people who are passionate about education:

• You have at least basic training in the field of education and/or early childhood (e.g. 118 hours) recognised in Luxembourg and you have professional experience in non-formal education;
• You speak French and your level of Luxembourgish is fluent (C1 required).
• You have proven skills in supervising, managing and leading a group of children;
• You are a good listener and are able to engage in dialogue;
• You are dynamic, available and show initiative;
• You have good listening and communication skills, enabling you to create a climate of quality and trust within the structure;

Your role at Rockids :

• Welcoming children while ensuring their physical, moral and emotional safety;
• Accompany them through the various stages of their lives: activities, meals, changing, outings, etc.
• Supporting children in their individual and collective development;
• Drawing up and implementing medium- and long-term educational projects, in order to contribute to children's awareness and overall development as part of a team project.
• Participating in the structure's networking with external partners (educational outings, social projects, ecological projects, etc.).
• Establishing and maintaining professional communication and ensuring quality communication with families.
• Respect, apply and pass on the educational and pedagogical aspects of the establishment's project.
• Ensuring compliance with Rockids' quality standards, in order to offer a unique support experience.
