About Dotika.ai

Dotika.ai is a young Luxembourg-based company specializing in AI consulting. Founded in August 2025, we help businesses navigate their AI transformation through four pillars:

1. Insight (AI strategic intelligence),
2. Campus (training),

We build real-world AI solutions for our clients: fraud detection, recommendation engines, process automation, conversational assistants, intelligent monitoring systems... In short, we’re building the future of business intelligence. And you’ll help shape it.

Your Mission

As AI Venger #4, you’ll be a cornerstone of our AI engine. You’ll tackle real Machine Learning and NLP challenges for our clients and internal products, with the autonomy and responsibility that comes with it.

1. Design, develop and deploy production-ready data processing pipelines
2. Train and fine-tune NLP models for large-scale insight extraction
3. Architect trend detection and intelligent alerting systems
4. Push the boundaries of LLMs (advanced prompting, RAG, agents, fine-tuning) to create innovative solutions
5. Turn raw data into measurable business value
6. Mentor junior team members and help structure our ML practices
7. Contribute to technical decisions and the evolution of our stack

Our Stack (what you’ll master)

1. Python (pandas,pytorch, scikit-learn, transformers, langchain, FastAPI)
2. LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, open-source models, fine-tuning)
3. Vector DBs (embeddings, semantic search, Pinecone/Weaviate/Qdrant)
4. Cloud (Azure/GCP depending on projects)
5. MLOps (deployment, monitoring, model versioning, GPU management)
6. Data viz (PowerBI, streamlit, notebooks)

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who’s proven themselves and wants to level up in an agile environment where every contribution matters.

1. Experience: Prior Data Science / ML experience in a professional setting is preferred, but if you’ve spent your evenings and weekends building personal projects, fine-tuning models, or winning Kaggle competitions out of pure passion, that counts just as much.
2. Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, ML, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
3. Python: You’re comfortable. You write clean, tested, maintainable code.
4. ML/NLP: You master the fundamentals of ML and have a genuine passion for NLP and LLMs.
5. Languages: Fluent in French AND English. Our documentation, data, and clients speak both.
6. Mindset: You’re autonomous, results-driven, and can manage projects from A to Z.
7. Passion: AI fascinates you. You read papers, test tools, stay on top of trends. This isn’t just a job for you.

Nice to have: Experience with LLMs in production, open-source contributions, killer side projects.
