Data Engineer (m/f/n)

Your missions:

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the data pipelines necessary to feed the company's Data Warehouse. You will intervene across the entire data lifecycle: from ingestion from operational sources, to their transformation and modeling according to Spuerkeess standards, through to their availability for analytical and regulatory needs.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

1. Design and maintain robust data pipelines (batch and real-time) to feed data use cases
2. Collect, integrate, and make data available from various internal and external sources, ensuring its freshness, reliability, and accessibility
3. Orchestrate and optimize data flows to efficiently feed the various data zones
4. Ensure the quality, reliability, and security of data throughout its lifecycle
5. Implement modern data architectures (Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Mesh…)
6. Supervise the integration of data from multiple sources (internal and external) into Spuerkeess environments
7. Lead data projects from end-to-end, from design to production, in connection with IT and business teams
8. Manage the roadmap, deadlines, and coordination of data deliverables in an agile or DevOps logic
9. Optimize the performance of flows and large-scale data processing systems
10. Automate processes and data flows to optimize time-to-market and ensure the scalability and robustness of processing
11. Provide regular reporting on progress and risks to management or the project sponsor

Required Qualifications:

1. Holder of a Master's degree with an IT orientation, ideally with a specialization in business intelligence, data science, or data analysis
2. Professional experience of 5 years in setting up Data Pipelines allowing the transport and processing of large volumes of data
3. Professional experience in Data project management
4. Mastery of French and English languages; knowledge of the Luxembourgish language is an advantage
