Credit Contract Specialist (m/f/n)

Your missions:

As a Credit Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the proper execution of operational flows, from financing decisions acted upon by decision-making bodies to the availability of funds, by ensuring the necessary steps for the complete processing of credit files.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

1. Create new financing contracts for professional clients, including mortgage financing, by referring to the precise conditions acted upon by credit decisions
2. Prepare the settlement of unsecured and mortgage business (liquidation of funds) by rigorously verifying that all conditions are met
3. Manage the implementation of new financing within the allotted timeframes
4. Create amendments to various existing contracts

Required Qualifications:

1. Holder of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) with an orientation in banking, corporate law, real estate law, corporate accounting management, or corporate finance
2. Professional experience of at least 2 years in the field of contractual management and credit disbursements
3. Ability to work on different banking products (loans, guarantees, leasing)
4. Mastery of French and English languages; knowledge of the German and Luxembourgish languages constitutes an advantage

Technical skills: The acquisition of these skills can, based on demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out through the coaching and training offered by the Bank during the start of the position and the integration period.

1. Back-office operations
2. Drafting of offers, deeds, and contracts
3. Guarantees and mortgages
4. Credit - Cadastral research

Regulatory skills:

1. Regulatory framework of financial guarantees and insolvency

IT and digital skills:
