Creative Design Specialist (m/f/n)

Your missions:

We are looking for an experienced and versatile graphic designer to strengthen our "Creatives" division within the Marketing department. You will be responsible for creating visual content and will be the guarantor of our "Corporate Identity". Your curiosity and openness to exploring the opportunities offered by AI will allow you to contribute to the transformation of tomorrow's creative landscape.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

1. Create impactful visual supports for campaigns, communications, and corporate documents
2. Produce attractive content in consistency with our brand strategy (understanding the message & target)
3. Be the guarantor of compliance with brand guidelines and visual identities across all communication supports
4. Collaborate with marketing teams, internal and external stakeholders to materialize creative concepts based on their needs
5. Have client listening and a functional approach to find solutions
6. Create simple animations or short video edits (an asset)

Required Qualifications:

1. Holder of at least a BAC with an orientation in Graphic Design or Visual Communication
2. Professional experience of a minimum of 5 years as a graphic designer, with a solid portfolio demonstrating creativity, consistency, and attention to detail
3. Good mastery of the Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
4. Excel in fundamental design principles (hierarchy, typography, colors,...)
5. Mastery of French and English languages; knowledge of the Luxembourgish language constitutes a real advantage

Technical skills: The acquisition of these skills can, based on demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out through the coaching and training offered by the Bank during the start of the position and the integration period.
