Single Corporate Officer F/H - In-house - LU870580

We are recruiting a Corporate Officer (M/F) for the Luxembourg subsidiary of a global fund manager.

You will be responsible for the legal and administrative management of investment funds and their Luxembourg subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare meetings of governance bodies, including board meetings, committees, and general assemblies.
• Ensure accurate legal record-keeping and manage day-to-day corporate administration.
• Serve as the key point of contact for depositary banks, legal and tax advisors, and investors, particularly in relation to KYC and onboarding processes.
• Oversee corporate secretarial responsibilities and ensure compliance with legal formalities for all group entities.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including CRS, FATCA, and tax reporting obligations.
• Support the structuring and launch of new investment vehicles.
• Draft, review, and manage legal and corporate documentation in both French and English.

Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the fund industry (service provider or asset manager) in Luxembourg.
• Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg fund environment.
• Ability to thrive in a small team, with agility, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; professional proficiency in French.
