Your day to day :

• Oversee and manage the full financial accounting and reporting of real estate investment funds and related entities (Luxembourg & international scope)
• Supervise quarterly reporting cycles and ensure timely and accurate NAV production
• Validate NAV calculations under IFRS and INREV standards
• Lead and coordinate annual audits and ensure timely publication of financial statements
• Review and approve statutory accounts prepared under Lux GAAP
• Validate complex transactions and accounting treatments, including deal-related activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and financial reporting requirements (AIFM, investor reporting, risk reporting)
• Manage relationships with key service providers (Fund Administration, Depositary, Transfer Agent)
• Ensure strong financial controls, processes, and governance frameworks are in place and effective
• Oversee the selection, onboarding, and performance of external accounting providers
• Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes, systems, and reporting tools
• Lead, coach, and develop the Fund Finance team, including supervision of international teams
• Act as key contributor to strategic and operational decision-making at management level
• Participate in boards and governance structures as director/manager when required

Your profile :

• 10–15 years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial controlling within Luxembourg
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within Real Estate / Asset Management
• Strong expertise in Lux GAAP, IFRS, and INREV reporting frameworks
• Solid knowledge of Luxembourg tax environment (direct & indirect taxes)
• Extensive experience with Real Estate Investment Funds and SPV structures
• Strong background in financial controlling and fund accounting
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders across multiple functions
• Experience working with accounting and consolidation tools (e.g. SAP, BOB50, Sigma or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (French or German is a plus)
