Compliance & Risk Associate F/M - LU874765

We are collaborating with a Luxembourg-based AIFM to recruit a Compliance & Risk Officer, offering the opportunity to join a growing and dynamic organisation.

Responsabilities :

Under the supervision of the Compliance Officer and the Risk Manager, the Associate will provide operational, analytical and administrative support across compliance, risk management and governance activities.

Compliance

1. Support the maintenance and updating of compliance policies, procedures and documentation
2. Assist with compliance monitoring activities and day-to-day compliance processes
3. Help prepare data and materials for internal and regulatory reporting
4. Maintain compliance records, trackers and incident logs
5. Contribute to ad hoc compliance initiatives at company or group level

Risk Management

1. Support the implementation and ongoing operation of the risk management framework
2. Assist with risk data collection, monitoring and documentation
3. Provide support to pre-deal and ongoing risk processes through coordination and data gathering
4. Contribute to the preparation of risk reporting for internal, board and regulatory purposes
5. Maintain risk registers, risk maps and related documentation

Governance

1. Assist with the coordination and maintenance of governance and regulatory documentation

Profile :

1. University degree in Finance, Law or a related field
2. Around 3 years of experience in compliance and/or risk management, ideally within an AIFM or alternative investment environment
3. Strong organisational and communication skills
4. Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage priorities and deadlines
5. Ability to work independently and under pressure
6. Fluent in English; French is a strong asset
7. Knowledge of AIFMD and Luxembourg regulatory framework is an advantage
