Compliance Monitoring Analyst (m/f/n)
Your missions:
As a Compliance Monitoring Analyst, you will be responsible for controlling and evaluating compliance with banking and financial regulations and adherence to the bank's Compliance policies and procedures.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Implement the multi-year control plan of the Compliance function
- Identify compliance risks for all activities under surveillance
- Execute second line of defense controls incumbent on the Compliance function
- Draft control reports on identified weaknesses and propose corrective measures in consultation with the first line of defense
- Collaborate within the team and with other departments to ensure the implementation of compliance policies
- Ensure the follow-up of issued recommendations and their closure
Required Qualifications:
- Holder of a Master's degree with an orientation in Law, Economics, Management or justifying confirmed experience
- Professional experience of at least 5 years in the field of Compliance
- Mastery of French and English languages; knowledge of the Luxembourgish language is an advantage
Technical skills:
The acquisition of these skills can, based on demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out through the coaching and training offered by the Bank during the start of the position and the integration period.
