Common Depositary Agent (m/f/n)
Your missions:
As a Common Depositary Agent, you will be responsible for supervising financial transactions, SWIFT communication, processing corporate actions, managing mail and vaults, as well as administrative and accounting follow-up for the division.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Control and input Euroclear, Clearstream, and LuxCSD receptions and deliveries
- Manage and adapt SWIFT messages not processed automatically
- Transmit corporate actions (OST) via SWIFT to clearings
- Manage the centralized processing of coupon operations, physical securities, and savings bonds
- Receive and dispatch registered/express mail and valuables
- Maintain open communication with Euroclear, Clearstream, and LuxCSD to ensure smooth deliveries
- Explore new SWIFT functionalities for maximum automation
- Participate in GEOS testing sessions and formulate recommendations for improvements
- Manage the vaults of the SEC service
- Manage the accounting reconciliation of positions with sub-custodians and clearings
- Research and manage all data on corporate actions for securities held in clearing deposits
- Establish coupon/redeemable security remittances for clearings and retail clients
- Ensure administrative and accounting follow-up for all division operations
- Implement procedures and controls to ensure accurate administrative and accounting follow-up
Required Qualifications:
- Holder of a secondary school diploma (baccalaureate type)
- Professional experience of at least 5 years in the field of corporate actions and/or settlement
- Mastery of French and English languages; knowledge of the Luxembourgish and German languages is an advantage

The acquisition of these skills can, based on demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out through the coaching and training offered by the Bank during the start of the position and the integration period.
