Client Relationship Managers - Service Center (m/f/n)
Your missions:
As a Service Center Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for handling calls and messages from private clients to answer their questions and support them in their "daily banking".
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Answer client calls
- Process S-Net messages and client emails
- Assist clients with their questions related to the use of the Bank's products/services
- Execute operations requested by clients
- Control and validate online account opening requests
Required Qualifications:
- Holder of a secondary school diploma or Bachelor with an economic, finance or similar orientation
- Developed commercial sense, interpersonal skills and good presentation
- Mastery of Luxembourgish, French and English languages
Technical skills:
The acquisition of these skills can, based on demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out through the coaching and training offered by the Bank during the start of the position and the integration period.
Professional skills:
- E-Banking
- Bank operations
- Retail
- Personal loans and various credits (e.g., studies)
- Banking products
- Commercial approach (ACR)
Regulatory skills:
- AML (KYC/KYT)
- Circulars relating to banking operations (e.g., CSSF)
IT and digital skills:
- Electronic document management (GED)
- Visocall/Videoconferencing
Behavioral skills:
- Adopt a collaborative attitude with professional interlocutors
- Be part of a client-centric approach making client satisfaction a priority
- Show an open mind towards change and adapt to the evolution of the bank
