Client Relationship Managers in-branch (m/f/n)

Your missions:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for welcoming retail clients to answer their questions and support them in their "daily banking".

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

1. Assure the physical and telephone reception of clients
2. Manage and develop your personal client portfolio
3. Analyze and detect client needs and answer their questions
4. Deploy proactive commercial outreach and advisory actions
5. Participate in the commercial development of the branch network

Required Qualifications:

1. Holder of a secondary school diploma or Bachelor with an economic, finance or similar orientation
2. Developed commercial sense, interpersonal skills and good presentation
3. Mastery of Luxembourgish, French, English and German languages

Technical skills:

The acquisition of these skills can, based on demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out through the supervision and training offered by the Bank during the start of the position and the integration period.

Professional skills:

1. Supervision and loyalty of clients
2. Application of a commercial approach
3. Banking products (cards, accounts, savings and investment products, loans)
4. Professional secrecy (confidentiality and discretion)

Regulatory skills:

1. MIFID and AML regulations

IT and digital skills :

1. MS Office
2. Optimization and digitalization of processes

1. Adopt a collaborative attitude with professional interlocutors
