As a Cabin Host on the Dassault Falcon 7X, you will be the heart of the passenger experience, ensuring the highest standards of comfort, safety, and personalized service throughout every flight. You will work closely with our flight crew and operations team, adapting to a dynamic and international flight schedule that takes you across the globe.

This position is part of Jetfly's Aircraft Management division, operating a privately managed Dassault Falcon 7X on behalf of its owner. As such, this role differs from Jetfly Aviation's fractional ownership activity. The employment contract will be issued under international terms, reflecting the nature of the aircraft's registration, operational base, and ownership structure. Crew members should be aware that hotel accommodation at the base will not be systematically provided on non-flying days; it is therefore essential that candidates reside within a 2-hour travel radius of Geneva to ensure operational availability at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver experiential bespoke in-flight service to the aircraft owner and VIP passengers
  • Comply with all safety requirements provided by the company and flight crew members
  • Order, prepare and serve gourmet catering, beverages, and cabin services to the highest hospitality standards
  • Manage cabin setup (day/night), cleanliness, and presentation before, during, and after each flight
  • Host passengers’ with personalization, discretion and professionalism
  • Support the Flight crew members in daily operations, maintaining the highest crew resource management (CRM) and team cooperation
  • Liaise effectively with the ground operations team
  • Maintain accurate records of cabin inventory, catering, and trip documentation
  • Represent the company's values and image at all times, both on and off the aircraft
  • Perform other duties as assigned, in line with business needs

Profile:

  • Experience as a Cabin Crew member or Cabin Host in business aviation
  • Experience of large cabin and/or ultra-long-range operations
  • Previous experience with Falcon 7X/8X will be considered as an asset
  • Strong knowledge of high-end catering, wine, and hospitality service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, French knowledge will be considered as an asset
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Flexibility to operate on worldwide international flights with irregular schedules, including weekends and legal holidays
  • Reside within a 2-hour travel radius of Geneva (base airport) or willing to relocate
  • Valid unrestricted EU passport, crew resource management (CRM) and team cooperation
  • Clear criminal record; the selected candidate will undergo a background check, drug screening, and security assessment

Working Conditions:

  • Employment contract: International contract, reflecting the aircraft's registration and operational structure.
  • Schedule: Indicative 14/14 roster, subject to flexibility based on the owner's flight program and operational requirements. Candidates must demonstrate scheduling flexibility and availability.
  • Location: Geneva base. Candidates must reside within a 2-hour travel radius of Geneva or be prepared to relocate prior to joining.
  • Please note: Accommodation at the base will not be provided on non-operating days. Proximity to the base is therefore a firm requirement.
