Business Analyst (m/f/n)
Your missions:
As a "Business Analyst" in the Project Support team, you have a versatile profile and participate in the analysis, testing, and deployment phases of items related to the products (business application) of the ORGANIZATION (ORG) department.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Collect, analyze, and formalize needs in connection with stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications understandable for IT teams
- Act as the interface between the business lines and the technical teams to guarantee alignment and feasibility
- Map and document existing processes (As-Is) and target processes (To-Be)
- Help identify possible solutions and then lead or contribute to the prototyping phases
- Contribute to the organization and monitoring of UAT tests
- Perform functional tests
- Support the implementation of solutions (training, user guides, startup support) and participate in other change actions
- Support project closure by ensuring that all deliverables are complete, objectives are met, and lessons learned are documented
- Draft and maintain user documentation (guides, FAQs, tutorials)
- Report recurring problems to technical teams and propose improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Holder of a university degree with an IT or Finance orientation
- Professional experience of at least 5 years as a Business Analyst on IT-oriented projects
- Mastery of project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
- Mastery of French and English languages; knowledge of the Luxembourgish language is an advantage
Technical skills:
The acquisition of these skills can, based on demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out through the coaching and training offered by the Bank during the start of the position and the integration period.
