In-branch Business Advisor (m/f/n)

Your missions:

As a Business Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of self-employed clients and liberal professions to meet their professional and private banking needs.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

1. Provide personalized financial advice to self-employed clients and liberal professions
2. Manage professional accounts (openings, daily banking, tax products, etc.)
3. Advise clients on financing options for their professional or private projects
4. Retain and meet the needs of self-employed clients and liberal professions
5. Establish a personalized relationship with the client

Required Qualifications:

1. Holder of a secondary school diploma or Bachelor with an economic, finance or similar orientation
2. Professional experience of at least 2 years in the field of finance
3. Developed commercial sense, interpersonal skills and good presentation
4. Mastery of Luxembourgish, French and English languages; knowledge of the German language is an advantage

Technical skills:

The acquisition of these skills can, based on demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out through the coaching and training offered by the Bank during the start of the position and the integration period.

Professional skills:

1. Retail o Understanding of client needs OR the market
2. Commercial spirit taking into account sustainability criteria
3. Negotiations with clients or decision-makers (internal/external)
4. Analysis of financial/asset situation o Balance sheet analysis o Wealth Management

Regulatory skills:

1. AML (KYC/KYT)
2. ESG Policy
