We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a:
Billing Officer
Temporary role, Full-time
Required: Beginning of January to 31 May 2026
Job Purpose:
Issue bills and follow up outstanding payments while maintaining a positive relationship with parents.
Main Responsibilities:
Issue bills
- Issue bills for School fees and Extras
- Deal with client queries in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure collection of amounts billed
- Record payments daily
- Manage customer accounts, tracking all overdue and outstanding payments and follow-up with clients
Others
- Cover for absent colleagues where appropriate
- Process and reconcile petty cash
- Prepare contracts for all external school premises rentals and other quotes
- Ensure data is maintained in compliance with regulatory, market and business requirements
- Prepare bank, CCSS, withholding tax, receipts and sales reconciliations
