What will you do
- Work closely with client teams to execute M&A, due diligence, and valuation mandates.
- Develop and scrutinize financial and valuation models.
- Retrieve relevant market data and industry-specific metrics for target analysis.
- Engage in creating due diligence and valuation reports.
- Create confidential informational memorandums and other marketing materials.
- Craft pitches and proposals to engage potential clients.
What about you
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance and Accounting (a minor in Corporate Finance is preferred), Business Administration, Financial Engineering
- Prior internship experience in valuation, M&A, due-diligence roles within sizable banks, private equity or family offices is a "nice to have" but not mandatory
- Passionate about critical thinking
- Adept at prioritising tasks and delivering quality results under pressure. We support work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangement.
- Adept at collaboration, with a proven track record (even academically) of contributing positively to team dynamics. We prize our collaborative, supportive culture.
- Business fluency in English.
