AI Solutions Analyst
Your role
The AI Solutions Analyst is a technically fluent, business oriented role focused on driving AI adoption, supporting business teams, and enabling scalable use of Microsoft and related technologies interacting with our AI platform. As part of our growing AI Transformation program, you will help shape how teams adopt AI effectively. You’ll be the bridge between business needs and technical capabilities.
Strategic initiatives
Contribute to firmwide AI enablement programme and support AI use case delivery.
Assist in preparation for the AI Use Case Review Board, evaluating use cases from a feasibility, risk, and technical fit perspective.
Help shape the evolution of AI augmented workflows and internal business processes.
Support the definition and operationalisation of the firm’s safe, secure and trustworthy AI principles.
Use case development & technical expertise
Stay current on AI and Microsoft tools (Copilot, Foundry, Power Platform) and recommend the best fit for business needs.
Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, Compliance, Knowledge Management and business teams to align on architecture, integrations, and platform dependencies.
Collect, document and prioritise firm‑wide use cases, maintaining the central repository with the AI enablement team, and ensuring clear requirements and solution concepts.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and reusable AI components. Produce clear documentation and monitor deployed models.
Translate business needs into structured requirements, estimate model costing and support delivery of high‑value use cases suited for Copilot, Foundry or LLM API integration to our AI platform
Remain aware of emerging AI and productivity technologies relevant to internal processes and legal operations.
Technology advocacy & training
Promote firmwide adoption of AI and productivity tools by supporting teams, contributing to knowledge sharing initiatives, and drafting internal communications (newsletter, intranet updates, etc).
Act as a trusted adviser on responsible and secure AI usage by explaining capabilities, limitations, data governance expectations and information security-principles.
Assist in preparing and delivering internal trainings on key tools (e.g., Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio), helping teams gain practical skills and confidence with AI.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science (or similar fields).
1-2 years of work experience (including technical development of AI solutions or deployment of AI use cases).
Fluent in English with French being a strong asset
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to translate business needs into technical concepts.
Curious, proactive learner with strong interest in AI tools and the ability to adopt new platforms quickly.
Comfortable navigating technical topics such as workflows, integrations and system capabilities.
Clear and confident communicator who collaborates effectively with both IT and business stakeholders.
Organised, structured and committed to safe, responsible AI usage and continuous improvement.
