Senior Consultant in Operational Excellence and Digital Transformation

Your next challenges:

Participate in process reengineering, operations reviews and restructuring of operations, and in some cases, support the implementation of new digital solutions.
Analyse financial and operational key figures to assess current performance and understand client’s organisation, strengths and weaknesses.
Translate organisational and operational efficiency assessments into implementable business requirements and perform gap analyses based upon the requirements to define "To Be" organisation and “To Be” processes/solutions.
Manage and/or support implementation projects by identifying, designing and implementing creative business solutions. Then develop cohesive conclusions and participate in the status report writing and presentation.
Ensure the successful integration of newly implemented IT systems and business processes, addressing client needs with a strong understanding of digital transformation.
Create and implement Dashboards and KPIs to measure improvements and ensure payback to our clients, leveraging also on your knowledge of data visualisation tools and ERP systems.
Measure and control the performance of your project and implement corrective actions to ensure the profitability.
Cultivate effective client relationships and pursue new client opportunities while constantly building your market eminence with the support of our network of experts
Support with go-to-market offerings, proposals, articles and growing the Performance practice
Manage your projects from operational, organizational and financial perspectives
Build and develop relationships with your customers

Your skills:

Hold a Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field
Have a proven track record of at least 4 years of experience in Consulting (or equivalent), with experience in data analytics and project management: strategy projects, re-organisation projects, efficiency improvement projects, digital transformation.
Have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with the ability to develop strong team and client trust relationships through business-oriented mind-set
Be a self-starter, keen to learn and build expertise
Knowledge / experience with Odoo, Power BI (in general Power Platform, Azure etc…) would be preferred, familiarity with other data analytics tools and ERP systems is a differentiator
Be fluent in French and English; German or Luxembourgish is considered as an asset
