Edward Mount is working with a leading Management Company in the search for a Conducting Officer for Compliance.

You will ensure the company’s full compliance with Luxembourg regulatory requirements and CSSF circulars, and act as a strategic advisor to the BoD and Senior Management on compliance and governance matters.

Responsibilities

Act as RC (“Responsable du Contrôle”) for the Company and for funds under management.
Be responsible for implementing the Compliance Risk Management framework.
Review and approve new products, services, and significant client contracts from a compliance perspective.
Properly handle all compliance incidents, breaches, and client complaints.
Be the liaison with the CSSF and other regulatory authorities, ensuring transparent and proactive communication.
Manage all regulatory reporting, notifications, and ad-hoc requests.
Lead, mentor, and manage the compliance team.
Be the point of contact for internal and external auditors.

Requirements

A minimum of 9 years of compliance exposure with a local Management Company.
Excellent knowledge of the Luxembourgish regulatory environment (UCITS, AIFMD, GDPR, MIFID II, AML, etc.).
Have the ability to motivate colleagues and support the embedding of a positive compliance management culture.
Effectively delegate roles, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
